Story goes like this i went to the apple store for a broken screen and they quote me rm2500 (estimate price) then i called several stores and most of them quoted me almost the same price so i called up this store (kissmymac) and they said it would cost RM1600 so i was quite surprised as why it was so cheap and Ian reassured me that they do the same as Epal standard but at a cheaper price. First off ian was really friendly gives out a really positive energy to his customers. If i could give 10 stars i would but google only let me do 5 max. Truly good value for money and yes, I am joining the rest of the reviewers here in giving them 5 stars! They accept e-wallet payment through the unified QR code. That was done happily by Sean, who also did the battery replacement.I was out of the shop within ½ hour, with a revived MacBook Pro. Inside you'll be welcomed by a row of iMacs on the left and a work table with lots of MacBooks on the right.The entire process took less than 15 minutes from start to finish, and as I had the notebook opened up, I did request for a quick vacuum to remove the built up dust through the years. I got lucky and managed to find a place on the street and parked only for RM1 per hour (DBKL).The shop is located on the 2nd floor of the atrium area, just make a U-turn when you get off the escalator and you'll see the shop. He explained the procedure and also the time frame it would take to get the job done.If you're searching for parking, there's lots available at Faber Tower or its surrounding area, though it's a little pricier than the street parking.
